Module 5 focuses on the professional responsibilities of a teacher, and reviews the correct way to respond in difficult ethical situations.

Module 5 is a 2 hour presentation, done in-district by district facilitator. In Manchester, this session is held once a year for beginning teachers, with an open invitation for mentors to join for the presentation and converastion. There are 2 components for the beginning teacher to Module 5: the first being the 2 hour presentation and discussion; the other being an online component that is given at the training. 

It is required that all beginning teachers enrolled in TEAM attend this presentation.
