  • The BoE this week revised the 2019-20 school calendar, which includes new daily start and end times at some schools. See the new calendar here.
  • The first days of school are more than seven weeks away but anyone interested in working as a substitute teacher should attend this 'hiring event' on July 29 at 2 p.m. at the MPS district office.

Manchester NL Plays Sunday In District Final

Led by Easton Masse, Manchester NL beat  Ellington 11-1 Wednesday and will play Suffield on Sunday at 4 p.m. at Dettore Field for the District 8 championship. The JI has all the highlights and we have more local sports news in our OneManchester Sports Central.
